This is another first class project being offered by Carter Reese & Associates, a nationally recognized leader in producing in-fill development communities. It is located in the heart of one of San Diego's oldest established neighborhoods which is conveniently positioned in a prime transportation corridor.

Encanto Urban Village is a joint partnership between the Urban League of San Diego County and Carter Reese & Associates. This joint venture fulfills goals of both organizations, home ownership opportunities and revitalization of older established neighborhoods. This project has become the cornerstone for future developments schedule to come on-line in the
immediate vicinity.

Encanto Urban Village is comprised of 26 townhomes configured in an intimate setting that facilitates neighborly interaction. The architectural design was styled to produce that interaction which should result in a strong sense of community.
